Why not use some real numbers, ARU bottomed 4.7c 24/3/20 and closed today 18.5c, 3.9x vs the producer bottomed 102c 18/3/20 and today 911c, 8.9x.
Really simple, my money has grown 8.9x, with solid CF directly underpinned by NdPr pricing/demand, your money 3.9x supported by little more than glossy PDF's.
