WA has been an iron fortress all year and not intending to open up like the eastern states until Feb 2022 (if I understand correctly).
Just poor project management ability really.
I reckon the contractor who was happy to take the options at $0.30 - yes, THIRTY CENTS - probably said get stuffed and refuses to deal with the company. I mean you’d have to be sold a convincing story to accept options at that amount as (part) payment when the share price was around $0.20. They sure won’t be exercising the options unless there’s the mother of all turn arounds.
