Has it been mentioned anywhere that there was a possible server issue on one of the big sale days? My mate who's also an investor wanted to use the site to purchase some items and said that is was incredibly difficult and he couldn't complete the sale so he just gave up. He sold half his holdings immediately after this experience

Ive also been stuck at the counter looking like an idiot because th. eir sever was down - I had no other way to pay because I always use T&Z.. I received an email from them later apologising because no one could transact due to their server issue. This was a few months ago and was the catalyst for me to reduce holdings as well

I lost confidence from that investor presentation - it was just awful. Have kept a much smaller amount than what I had 6 months ago, I hope it recovers enough to gain back some of the losses
