From the SPP booklet:
issue date of SPP shares: FRI, 3/DEC
SPP shares expected to start trading: MON, 6/DEC
I take this to mean that the shares will be "seen" in your share registry account on 3/DEC. If you have a CHESS sponsor, you may not see them on your trading platform until 6/DEC.
