Yat did not receive any cash salary since 2017 and this could have easily went bust post de listing. It was not a share swap for salary either, this is purely milestone KPI based. Anyone see other directors / founders of listed companies going down this remuneration pathway? He took the risk and made the hard work and gets awarded for it. Just be grateful that if he can become a billionaire, likely a lot of LT holders will become multi millionaires. If you aren’t happy to piggyback off a good founders success then the exit door is open now for anyone wanting to cash out.
Needless to say I will be voting yes to all and remain extremely grateful for this massive windfall they have created for me.
