Meat is also becoming more and more expensive too.

You mentioned in another post chicken livers. The ex wouldn't eat them or tripe. Loved tripe and onions in white parsley
sauce whenever the pub near work had a special on that dish for lunch.
Love my home made garlic chicken livers too.
Crumbed brains with lemon and capers - it's about wasting nothing from an animal.

So many greyhounds around this area and all rescued. Such lovely placid dogs.
