(1) ADY has always had apparent companies interested in joint ventures, has been discussed at length many time over(not new)
(2)Micahael Perry is an auditor, not experience in mining operations, i.e. running a mining company (useless)
(3) The resource was always there (not new)
(4) ADY was always goingto receive the remaining 40% ownership, as Farkus wouldnt repay loaned funds (not new)

In a nutshell the current directors have achieved nothing new, however now they want to be rewarded with $80,000.00 in shares for doing nothing new.

As mentioned previoulsy nothing has changed, yet once again these directors want to ripp share holders value from them.

They deserve nothing, and in the real world these directors would have been lucky to hold down there positions
