ironwang,.. it doesn't matter how much proven resource PEN has, what matters is can it be recovered economically... PEN low MC is for a reason and it not because the retail investors, as i posted even the developers have a higher MC,.. do think PEN will move with the market but keep lagging its peers... If you like PEN all i will say is GL to you... dose sound as PEN rush this announcement maybe something on... last Wayne interview sounded to me like he was shopping PEN.
