Sorry but which is it as the first implies a value (assuming the new issued capital will be 4.486 billion as stated in the prospectus) of $448m and the latter assumes a value of $583m. Quite a difference - 30%.
Based on FY10 EBITDA Forecast of $116.6m your EBITDA multiple is between 3.85 and 5.00. Isn't that a bit low phishpeet?
