Tim Kestel is a principal of Desertfox, a major shareholder of EMR. Currently around # 15 in the top 20.
The principals of Desertfox, Tim Kestel and Peter Pynes were also once directors of EMR, having bought up a enough shares from share holders, to own the shell of EMR, still owned by them.
