Also with so many water bodies frozen over , the transit times with rigs can be shortened by traversing frozen waterways to access drill locations.

So its more about NOT getting into your desired drill locations because it is being stymied by bureaucratic processes surrounding protest etc... Like with Tansim where even though you had previous approved drill permits , you still need to get the new ones for the additional expansion drilling. So this is more the problem ......and not necessarily the onset of winter per se.

But I agree with th rumours because the situation with Becancour CANNOT go on indefinitely with respects to advancing the ' Extraction ' and ' Processing ' side of the Quebec Batteries and Electrification strategies and SPENDING. Keep in mind that I.Q and other Department spending budgets for Quebec end on March 31st ......so I would think that given I.Q hasn't spent all that much of their Budget , nor has Fitzgibbon and his Ministry of the Economy , Science and Innovation's spent much of their C$1 billion or thereabouts CNRE fund ( Natural Resources and Energy Capital Fund ) . So I would reckon that they will at least want to spend some of their budgeted amounts and put in place and get ' Set ' at least some of their Investments before the end of their own financial year. This way any favorable returns from this strategy will be strongly placed and reflected in their 2022 /2023 financial year.

So the clock is ticking on where they are going to spend these ' unspent ' and budgeted amounts before they end up having to roll it all over by end of March 2022.
