If you were to say, we want to test you on burying a baby up to it's neck and then see how far you can kick the head like a football, I think you would get different results monitoring the brain than someone doing it under their own volition. The fact that you are in a testing environment takes an amount of free will away.

What perfectly involuntary testing has been done? Has it been done on areas of the brain where little is known, like the posterior cingulate cortex and if so, what are the results?
