    Maybe a case GF that he is following rule #1 - take the money (it has been underwritten & will be interesting to see who takes it up). Other than that if he takes a loan now and things dont pick up he may struggle with a future CR whereas CR now he still has the option of a debt instrument later. Lets hope we never find out.
