segway.....question if anyone actually knows the answer....some time ago there was talk of a potential deal that would have held up the nasdaq listing due to ASIC rules in relation to continuous disclosure and significant changes in company business etc .....can AHI listed on nasdaq do the deal without ASIC having to be all over it now?
