I recently sold all of my WTP before I even knew there was an SPP coming. Then to my surprise I found I had 172 shares I had received from the recent DRP. (Must have been still on the register at the record date.) I didn't realise I had opted for the DRP, which I apparently did inadvertently. I was sent the offer document for the SPP and applied for $15K worth. When I saw the announcement yesterday I assumed I would only get 3 times 172 (equals 516) shares at ($1.25 per share) and most of my $15K refunded. However, today I got a further surprise to find 12,000 WTP added to my portfolio in my Commsec account. I don't understand (but I think I can live with it). Anyone else?
