I just hope it'll be on the horizon soon, and that there aren't going to be any new challenges thrown up in relation to the ML. I wonder whether its being held up for political reasons, while the government get a better handle on the wider battery plan, or whether the government are questioning how the DFS is in line with their supply chain strategy and keeping things inside DRC. Or maybe its just that the team carrying out the technical review are slow to respond to the query answers provided some 6 weeks ago. Anyway I just hope it's not facing hurdles - you wouldn't think the DRC could easily back down from their public partnership with us after the battery conference.

It'll come good, I'm confident. But anyone who thinks we'll be producing in 2023 are dreaming, I'd have to respectfully suggest.

1 CATH wanting a 10mtpa start up
2. DRC wanting downstream processing/ Hydroxide plant and PLS value added.
How can technical approval be given on a 4.5 mtpa plant when the
major project partners and government have asked for double output and technical details to support it.
CATH are ready to go with funding approval the rest is just patience.
