Under the rules of constant disclosure, AZY has to tell the market about anything deemed important (i.e market-sensitive information), regardless of their percentage of ownership of the land. If they know, and it's important, they have to announce it. The fact that there's been no announcement suggests there's no important news – and the bar is set very low when it comes to defining that.
