Much has been said today about an announcement Monday or next week and some have even suggested that today's positive price action is as a result of an expectation of an announcement.

I like some others personally believe that today is just about the great value offerred by the disruptive AKIDA technology finally gaining traction with the market for all the reasons various others have stated from Renesas, NASA, MegaChips, Mr. Sean Hehir appointment, the ARM sales and marketing machine recruited to Brainchip, the patents, the publicity, the interviews, the technology pipeline AKD2000 & AKD3000, the quality of the videos, the Meta TF, the avalability of modules, the new office space, the quality and emminence of the Scientific Advisory Board, the prestige of the known EAP's in Ford, Valeo, Nanose, Biotome and then of course there is the knowledge of some near term announcements.

What I thought might be useful is to list the potential near term announcements that we know or should know are definitely going to hit the market place in the very foreseeable future:

1. In Mr. Ken Scarince's latest presentation he stated that near term Mr. Rob Telson would be releasing a list of the AKIDA technology sales and marketing outlets outside the USA;

2. In Mr. Peter van der Made's latest presentation he stated that they are preparing to send the working simulation of AKD2000 to engineering this could be the subject of an announcement;

3. In Mr. Peter van der Made's presentation he stated that in the next month which would be December, 2021 he expected further patent/s to be granted which would also generate an announcement or announcements;

4. The modules have been advertised on the Brainchip web site for some time now and as such there could be a near term announcement as to the selling out of current stock;

5. In Mr. Peter van der Made's presentation he stated that they had the USB stick as this was something expected when the previous announcement regarding modules was released it seems likely that a further announcement concerning the USB stick could be released near term;

6. On a lighter note there could be an announcement (not price sensitive of course) as to when a new shipment of Brainchip 'T' Shirts will be available again;

7. In Mr. Peter van der Made's interview he also spoke of further staff hiring but did not detail same so it is possible depending upon who joins Brainchip that this could merit an announcement;

8. Details of a podcast or some other event introducing the new CEO Mr. Sean Hehir to shareholders;

and last but not least,

9. As has been covered many times Mr. Tony Dawe Brainchip Investor Relations Brainchip Perth in his presentation to Chinese Investors stated that soon there would be announcements (plural) regarding commercial contracts. We have had the MegaChips announcement so SOON we should have further announcements of this type.

This is not intended as an exclusive list but it is my list of what I consider to be reasonable expectations of news and announcements from the company in the very foreseeable future possibly even before Christmas, 2021.
