    Yes, you make it all sound great,.and it looks
    like that indeed. But nobody pop the word dilution here...just saying SP is going down...
    It sounds great that they get cash against shares addition. Do your own research and.call it whatever you want to call it, but the fact it's there are plenty more shares in the market. Full stop
