Unlike our cheer squad, the market clearly hasn't got a clue - it obviously hasn't factored in that the company has taken on a heap of liability (in foreign lands, to boot), acquired a bunch of unproven assets, gone into debt and has no money in the bank.
Oh wait..., maybe it has!
