    So today 2 new institutions have become substantial holders - the last time this happened I topped up because I believed that was a good sign - the SP increased a few cents to about $1.20 - and then the same institutions got out and made a decent profit - unlike them I'm still here - slowly averaging down - as I believe my payday will eventually come in 2023 - GLTAH
