    Was an ok announcement took current money and invested for the future. Reasonable land package for price, might have been able to drive a harder bargain given IMA was likely to be the only interested given locale and means to develop, lower Zr. Does reduce the cash base for another buy that may appear in the next year or or so, also some investors might have been hoping for a higher divie return.
