The parents have just been charged with involuntary manslaughter.
They bought their 15 year old son a semi-automatic hand gun as an early Christmas present 4 days before the shooting even though he was not permitted to have control of a hand gun till 18 yrs of age.
The gun was (legally in Michigan) in an unlocked draw in his parents bedroom.
When a teacher caught him searching for ammo online on his phone and tried to contact his mother, she sent him a text saying “I am not cross, you just have to learn how not to get caught”.
Gun laws and the 300 year old “right to bear arms” will be the death of modern America if they can’t face the horror of the modern reality.
