TR, that's right he never resigned as CEO and so maintains that position. The president title is some Canadian position, I am not sure why they differentiate.
Thing is he always stated that he would stand down at the next AGM, which I understand he will do. What I can't understand is why DLS are taking this approach now when in 5 weeks he will have gone.
Point 2. These property deals were signed off about 12 months ago. DLS are aware of this but are using it as an excuse to get to court.
The JV agreement between to two calls for a mediation if there is a disagreement over anything. DLS have not sought to introduce the mediation.
You have to ask yourself why DLS are doing this when CUE are in better shape now than they have been for many years?
I may have just answered my own observation....to access the cash reserves and cash-flow! Maybe that's it.
It is interesting the new "team" (there is no I in team), are very litigious compared to previous boards. A betting man may wager they will run out of cash before all the court cases come to be heard.
