two different branches of Citi involved, but under the same global Citi name.
Original Citi holding is in London, latest buys (>1m on Friday) were via Citi Sydney.
Although it may not mean anything, there is one party with great interest in UMC who are based in Sydney & it would be logical of them/their associates to be buying via Citi Sydney, if they were in fact buying.
