A very good presentation from Qualcomm - Enabling On device learning at scale 30 October 2021. An enlightening watch, especially after the talk of the capabilities of the Snapdragon 8 gen 1 chip.

To me it really looks like Qualcomm could be "paddling around in our pool but it will probably require the once-over from @BarrelSitter though.
It's well presented and watchable but if you just want an overview I have listed some subject timings, some of which might sound familiar to holders.
