    if it turns out they are representing BHP there has to be more motivation to push a class action against these clowns.

    i know this crap happens all the time but with BHP in the driver seat it will hopefully garner more attention from market bodies.

    All speculation at the moment but i am truly flabbergasted that we are in this position with UMC.
