(they can't announce an offer until next Wednesday)I'm 100% for this deal, as is. I'm 0% for it if someone offers another 10-15% more and that means ADN needs to raise their offer another 10% on top of that. That's maybe another 20-25% or more? No harm in waiting a few weeks, or till the last day in Jan. IMOJust once you accept, ADN has your shares and you miss out on a potential bidding war. Which I think with Immerys out there and them closing down their Australian OPS last year and NZ running out of feedstock in the coming years....is a decent possibility. High-grade kaolin halloysite is one of their main business. Then add the future Nano stuff. The Immerys board would at the very least, be thinking about it. This is the fun part of being an MEP shareholder in a merger/buy-out. Someone else "may" come along and offer more. $$$ Ya!

Be careful what you wish for, Imery's, etc might want a piece of the pie, and you get another 10% or whatever, but imagine the headaches of trying to run the company after that? Most of us are in this following JM's lead, and I'm pretty confident that a 100% ADN owned project is what he wants and needs..
