I'm not a corporate sleuth but I am happy that with a few others, we convinced the "old" uprampers that management were not doing what they should. This has led to a first strike and a warning to bruce and co that shareholders have power and they should heed our warning.
Keep us updated with facts and progress. Don't lie or tell us rubbish because you get found out - 3-4 offtakes by Xmas was the best one.

Gaining docs via the FOI process (up to June docs) was an eye opener for me (and hopefully others) that the epa process was nowhere as advanced that Bruce had let people know. BTW, completely different people invoilved at epa for doc retrieval than doing the assessments. They actually have a separate department for FOI retrieval.

The preso indicated a number of things that could have been announced along the way and they probably wouldn't have got a first strike.
As a public company the Board need to keep shh's informed and not in the dark.

I decided to not forward my complaint to ASIC yet following the preso but I will do if they do not improve the comms.
I understand delays. I've had to work along side gov't departments as well so I know the crap dealings involved. That's not the issue here. The issue is information. If it's going to be another year to get the epa sign off then fine - just tell us the truth do not say "it's so close I can touch it"

I'd love to know the $ lost by sharholders who have bought in over the last 12 months following Bruce's offtake b4 Xmas, incorrect timelines and wrong info on epa sign off. It would be millions and that would be just the newbie purchases let alone the LTH's. All the oppie buyers - a lot got done like a dinner. People bought in on the back of those ann's. I remember the posts from back then - people were talking of $1 in months. Not everyone has the luxury of sitting on losses for years in hope.

If man't don't improve comms in the next 12 months, they will get a second strike, force a spill and the SP will tumble to (imho) single figures. The market doesn't like second strikes for a very good reason.

So happy to give bruce a chance here.
