Just sighted the letter and it says "I PPS hereby resign as a director of Drillsearch Energy Limited and Circumpacific Energy Corporation."

Now I'm no lawyer but if his pulls off the argument that that means he resigns as a director of DLS and as President of CER while remaining a director he's worth more money.

If we turn our attention to the statement of claim

Second point. I'm not sure where you get your mediation argument from. Again looking at the statement of claim and particularly points 37 and 40, are you suggesting that Simpson actions as outlined at point 49 do not directly contravene the agreement as quoted at point 40?

Farouk Khan's boy is going down. I now regret the fact that I voted to retain him! (This is not to say that the situaton at DLS now is perfect merely that this character has shown himself to be dishonest and a criminal IMO.)
