Would have had to come to their shareholders and advised them that there has been a problem with production stream or ramping up prouction to meet projections.

To date I dont believe they have stated to the London Stock Exchange anything to the contrary if anything that its happening and all on track.

Dont forget GSK will never announce that they have an order say booked on the 30th September as the SALE will not be booked until it is delivered thus resulting in BTA royalty at a later date.

In other words they are pumping it out and the Royalty will come and is i.

IMHO By the way I believe t will be a bumper Royalty for the Sept 09 Qtr.
