Grabbed some WCU on news at 25c - now 23c
Also GIR on retrace at $1.235 for a bounce that never happened - now $1.20
BGDO went down when BGD went up and i pulled a sell order for break even on AVB, now a point down.
I had some profitable trades to offset some of the paper losses, but a poor day overall. I'll dump any of the shares i hold tomorrow if they still look sick.
