13.Are Exim Bank and CMEC on the list of interested parties to work in with SDL on funding or railing iron ore from Belinga to the SDL Rail line?
14.Have talks started with the Governments of Cameroon,Gabon and The Congo about iron ore being sent to Port through Cameroon?
15.Would SDL's Mine,infrastructure and Rail be capable of handling iron ore from Belinga as well?
16.I have read several reports that have suggested that as well as Belinga using the SDL infrastructure,Badondo and Avima could move iron ore through the SDL rail system to Port. Have any thoughts been given to this happening?
17,Have any talks taken place with African Aura or its new owner about using SDL's Rail system?
18.Have any talks taken place with any other mining companies about use of Rail or Port infrastructure including,if built DR,Pellet or Pig iron plants?
19.Would the single Rail system still work if the other iron ore projects were to use the Rail line from Mbalam?
20.Rio Tinto have two tenements in Gabon. One is only about 35kms from the Cameroon border and about 85kms from the proposed SDL Rail line.If Rio Tinto start mining these tenements they would no doubt want to use the SDL Rail line./Have SDL been in talks with Rio Tinto about them connecting a Rail line up to SDL's?
21.Rio Tinto, I have been told have just acquired a tenement or two in The Congo,do you know if it is Badondo?
22.Have any talks taken place with POSCO or The Congo Government about SDL's Rail line joining up with the Rail line POSCO and its partners are looking to build from Brazzaville to Ouesso?
23.The road from Sangelima to Mbalam has been in very poor condition,has this road had any work done to bring it up to a fully tarred Highway? If so how long will it be until it is finished at Mbalam? When this Highway is finished do you have any idea how long it will be before it is connected up to the road from Ouesso?
24.Have any talks taken place with shipping lines about the leasing or hire of their iron ore carriers? if so would Quintana Maritime Limited be one of them?
