Here in WA, up in kalbarri, they suffered a cyclone event those insured have taken class action, over no delivery from the insurers with respect to remediation of said damage. So why have insurance, when the bastards won't preform, their contractual duty ie, fix the bloody problem.? At least in kiwiland, the govt. is the insurer, why won't the Oz govt. look at similar ?,brown paper bags of course.
