I have noted the emphasis in the presentations on stacked lodes and the fact that leads to 4 -5000 oz per vertical metre. Wasnt totally sure what that implied but finally found a nice clear statement out of a Kairos release 10/2/2017:

"The presence of multiple stacked lodes is always a major advantage for any gold project, as it significantly increases the potential ounces per vertical metre and therefore enhances the economics of both a future open pit and underground mining scenario."

I am presuming therefore that this stacking has the potential for the increase to surprise to the upside as well as saying something highly significant about the viability of the total resource especially since unlike so many other projects at present the resource starts close to surface and not underneath old workings.

As an aside it would be nice if company statements did a little more to interpret for the layperson what they are saying as this Kairos release did.
