TR, I didn't open the first link, only saw the second. It certainly says what you say. I will admit also I am no lawyer, however the letter is addressed to The Company Secretary, Drillsearch. Is there another letter that is addressed to CER (sorry my oversite for previously typing CEU)? If not then he has not resigned from CER. CER is a publicly listed company in Canada, and is not controlled by DLS as it also has other shareholders.
I will look for the CER document tomorrow. As for the statement of claim it is a case of "they said, we said" and will need to be tested in court.
TR:_Quote "So, over to yoy. Explain how the hand written document DOESN'T say "director" or admit I'm right. Similarly explain how the CER document doesn't show it has breached the Joint Agreement or admit I'm right. If you have access to a copy and can show that the quote is out of context I'll admit I'm wrong but prima facie, it's pretty obvious."
Sorry, what is yoy? "prima facie", you sure your not a lawyer? As I said I don't think it appropriate to comment on something that is yet to go before the courts.
Regarding the letter of resignation from Drillsearch. Hmmm, I still can't admit you're right as the statement issued to the ASX by DLS said he resigned as president of CER.
So can you explain why Simpson is a criminal?
