Same way governments do anything, they just write the laws or re-write them like Dan has done last week in Vic, all they need is a majority vote.

Labor hated people having some of their own money out of super when ScoMo let them not so long ago, theres a big reason they hated it.....most likely because they think it's there money....yes opinions vary.
