@Deadfred ... My experience over decades has been that cynicism pays off in regard to these junior explorers, by the means of saving cash to play another one. It's not a conspiracy about how junior companies go about their business, it's common practice in these juniors that have nothing worthwhile and has been happening for decades.

I'm glad you noticed that companies do 2D first before morphing into 3D, but they go to 3D before wasting cash on expensive deep diamond holes.

I'm sure management here know so much more than the big miners that do 3D around areas of their mines where they already have massive amounts of information from both shallow and deep holes..

Notice how the Paterson drilling is going?? As in not at all. Likewise for the resource estimate for Cathedrals and Stricklands, silence on those fronts as well..

When companies at this end of the market have good news they shout it from the rooftops, then rush to get everything done towards a mine, but go very quiet in regards to lack of success. It was a monty that hole MAD203 missed the massive sulphides from the silence from the company. If there was a possibility of a starter mine they would be rushing to get everything done, instead just quietly waiting for Canada results, which will morph into waiting for something else if they do turn up..

BTW another nickel junior that had a large target, that I invested in, went quiet around when results should have been coming in. I exited that one to save my cash and sure enough the SP went down and eventually they announced some minor sulphides and were awaiting assays. Massive sulphides are clearly visible in diamond drill cores, and companies show them on discovery, so lack of them means the company has missed anything major. It pays to play the field at this end, but also pays to keep your powder dry (or as much of it as you can) for the next possibility.
