So you make a statement and then you cannot back it up? You also use the old oh I can't be bothered. In future I will be totally disregarding anything you post on the forum. If you can provide a number of companies where directors have bought and then a negative announcement has came out causing the share price to plummet then please do so. What you are inferring here is that the SS or the Korbel upgrade has a major issue. If that is what you are inferring then just come out and say it . Don't go making silly statements about the directors buying on market.
