The whole sector is bleeding…any one of the BNPL approaching profitability can boost the sentiment…I am least worried about Zip after LD and DG talk about profitability in public with the shareholders. Further, we haven’t seen any CR this year despite massive expansion and looking at Google trends it feels like they will go live in at least ten countries in the next two quarters…no management would dare to think about expansion without adequate money.
My sentiment may change if they slowdown the expansion and a bad HY update
