I still can't get access to the platform.

I filled in the form with my HIN and postcode on day 1. A few days later they emailed me asking to confirm the HIN and postcode and I responded on the same day.

I let a few days pass and emailed them asking if they needed any information but I didn't get a response, so I called them on Thursday last week. They said they would set it up and call me back if they had any issues.

Two business days later, no call back and still hasn't been setup. I called again today and received a voice message saying they are busy and will call me back...

I am not overly fussed about access to the platform, but am concerned about the lack of communication and responsiveness. I am glad they are too busy to answer the phone but it makes me wonder if corporate buyers are getting the same message and giving up. If I wasn't an investor I would have given up on getting access after the third (or second) attempt.
