Nothing new Chrisveedub...believe all have been in court on mon, tues and today, scheduled also tomorrow and friday....But you can bet your boots if something strongly supporting CHM's case had come out it would have been in The australian....
Also CHM shares not being bought up big time...Whilst they are not really going down big time either, I think the action there points to stalwart gamblers hanging on in hope,
Stock Brokers love to put their big clients on to a winner, cos its money all round...They would be all over the court action and any nudge or a wink every day, in the hope of a windfall...Obviously not much confidenece so far..and only about 10 hours of court time left!!!!
