    Scottyboy - the way I read it the DOCA with NRG does not include the Biodiesel plant in Singapore and I think the Singapore Subsidiary is going into Liquidation because Power Knight want their money back. NRG is just buying the shell of NFL, NFAL and the USA assets but not the Singapore plant.

    I certainly hope I am wrong and this DOCA does include the Singapore plant but I think it is gone now. Nothing left.
