TD answered part of your question so I thought I'd fill in the rest regarding the roadshow Jo.

Some have been stating that it might already be done etc etc but that as I understand, is not the case and when this subject is thought about, it's really not hard to see that you can't do a roadshow on anything until the listing for that particular company is actually confirmed by the governing bodies. The rules and guidelines are strict and involved and Joel will say nothing until he is well and truly legally able to speak via an ANN.

It doesn't mean that conversations have not happened between keen investors and our parties that are involved with our process and I would bet that plenty have calls have been initiated so again we are back to - "It's close" for all.
