Quite simply mate - what MONDY is saying is that we OVERPAID for IDSB at a 10x valuation.
Probably paid 3x to 4x too much.
Oh god help this bunch here.
If IOU paid 10x multiplier and the market is valuing the industry at 3x multipliers, the overpaid cost of acquisition will eventually be impaired as it is no longer worth that value.
