My initial thought's that they might have some ANN's that they would release out through to support the stock price. You are not wrong, committing to a R&D without cash coming in is pretty much suicide unless you can back this up. But can LRS deliver ? or is C.G trying to play a different ball game ? Or are do institutions know something that we don't hence they can put in big sell orders to suppress the stock even more prior to capital raising and PFS ?
