Mav777, let me make it clear that I am going against everything I stand for with this arbitrage opportunity! As you can see from my holdings, I am proud to be a long-term holder of Australian businesses, but when this came up, I had to jump on board. My guess for trading price when the new shares start trading (and this is nothing but a guess):
Opening price: $12.75 (for a profit of ~$400)
High for the day: $13.05 (profit ~800)
Perhaps I'm being too pessimistic, but I prefer to have a wide margin of safety. What do you think?
