To add to that - good illustration for the change in behaviour is the today's minor ann.: It would make huge difference in the sp 1-2 months ago, but not today.
Today we need major news to move the price. The major good news, on another hand, will attract big investment money that will make the rise steady and much smoother.
Consideration - unlike others, this oiler has a project which could be in the centre of the public and media attention!
