Yes...Very good point Crans.....Koh and Evans case much harder for mmx as there was actually some evidence in that one..Not just allegations and claims...But a written Agreement....and CHM rolled over on that one for a measly $ 5-7 mill when claiming $150 to $250......Gives you a good insight To Chm's real hopes does'nt it...
