Well IMP is getting a bit of a test at .007 as some shareholders are voting with their feet ...over the approved extra fund raising by sale of shares to sophisticated upper level shareholders.

Something is in the wings here, because that will increase their already substantial surplus to about $10 million. Enough to buy a nearby substantial natural gas company.

Will be interesting to see how this develops.
